  • Step 2: Intake & Executive Call. Once confirmed, you will receive upcoming intake dates and an invitation to speak directly with Allen Chan .

  • Step 3: Formal Agreement. If everything aligns, you will officially enter the mentoring program under a structured, industry-standard mentor–mentee agreement .
