The mentoring program runs for a minimum of 24 months - same as the recognised industry standard. Along the way you'll do 12 supervised loan submissions and sit in on 6 client interviews each way, so you're getting real, hands-on experience rather than just theory.

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and doesn't lock you into anything. We'll be in touch with full program details and pricing before you decide either way.

You'll get an email with intake dates and an invite to a quick call to see if it's the right fit. If it stacks up, you'll enter the mentoring program under a signed mentor-mentee agreement — same structure used across the industry.

It's proper, structured mentoring — not a loose coaching arrangement. Signed mentoring agreement, defined training scope, supervised loan submissions, and a formal record of completion at the end.

Not necessarily. If you've got relevant prior experience, you may be eligible for a recognised prior learning (RPL) assessment, which can adjust your starting point in the program.

There's a clear, documented process for raising a concern — you'll be given full grievance procedure details as part of your mentoring agreement, and any issue is handled transparently between you and your mentor.
