Do I need any experience to join?
No. This pathway is built specifically for people with zero industry experience. You'll be walked through what's needed to get qualified and accredited, step by step, with someone checking your work the whole way.
How long does it take to become fully accredited?
The mentoring program runs as a minimum 24-month commitment. That includes getting qualified, building your first client relationships, and having your loan submissions reviewed until you're settling files independently.
What if I don't have a finance or banking background?
Most people who start this pathway don't. What matters is being coachable and willing to put the work in, not where you've come from. The structured checklist and mentoring process assumes no prior industry knowledge.
Will I get real clients while I'm still learning?
Yes. You'll shadow real client interviews conducted by your mentor, and be observed in your own, before ever working with a client entirely on your own. Every loan application is vetted until 12 have been successfully settled.
