1. Who These Terms Cover

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chanman Mentoring, including 1:1 mentoring sessions, the aspiring mortgage broker pathway, business coaching, the Chanman Mentoring Community, and the Financial Literacy course stages (together, the "Services"), delivered by Chanman Pty Ltd (ABN 60 669 037 889) trading as Chanman and Chanman Mentoring ("we", "us", "our"), via our Kajabi site at allen-chan.mykajabi.com and associated pages ("Site").

By purchasing, booking, or otherwise accessing any Service, you ("you", "client", "mentee") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. The Services

Chanman Mentoring offers the following, subject to availability and current pricing shown on the Site at the time of purchase:

  • 1:1 mentoring sessions, priced from approximately $350 AUD per session
  • Aspiring mortgage broker pathway mentoring, including a dedicated support offer priced at $5,000 AUD
  • Business coaching and mentoring for business owners across industries
  • Financial Literacy courses, Stages 1–3, available individually or as a bundle
  • The Chanman Mentoring Community and related mentee updates

Session formats, inclusions, and durations are as described on the relevant offer page at the time of booking. We may update our offer lineup, pricing, and inclusions from time to time; changes won't affect a Service you've already paid for.

3. Bookings, Payment & Access

Payment is processed securely through our Kajabi checkout and payment processor at the time of booking or purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered on the relevant offer page.

  • Session bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a time is scheduled via our booking calendar (Glenda's or Precious's calendar, as applicable).
  • Course access (Financial Literacy Stages 1–3 and any bundle) is granted through your Kajabi member portal upon successful payment.
  • Discount and affiliate codes (including PH-specific and bundle codes such as ACEMAN) are subject to the terms displayed at checkout and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

You're responsible for providing accurate contact and payment details and for keeping your login details confidential.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

1:1 sessions: [e.g. reschedule with at least 24/48 hours' notice; late cancellations forfeit the session]

Course purchases: [e.g. no refund once course materials have been accessed / X-day cooling-off period]

Because mentoring is a personalised service, we don't generally offer refunds once a session has taken place or a course has been accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (see clause 8) or as set out in a specific offer's terms at checkout.

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from mentoring, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time and come prepared
  • Give us accurate information about your business, financial situation, or broker pathway goals so guidance is relevant
  • Do your own due diligence before acting on any strategy, structure, or opportunity discussed in a session
  • Use materials, templates, and community content for your own personal or business use only, not for resale or redistribution

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes & Not Financial or Legal Advice

Important: mentoring, coaching, and course content provided through Chanman Mentoring is general education and guidance based on Allen's and guest mentors' own experience. It is not personal financial advice, legal advice, taxation advice, or credit assistance under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, and it doesn't take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs.

We don't guarantee any specific business, income, mortgage broking, or financial outcome. Results shared in testimonials or case studies reflect individual circumstances and aren't representative of what every client will achieve. Before making financial, credit, investment, or legal decisions, you should seek advice from a licensed financial adviser, credit representative, accountant, or solicitor as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, session materials, branding, and community content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal or business purposes but may not copy, resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute them without our written permission.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Where our Services aren't of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us during mentoring sessions about your business or financial situation is kept confidential and won't be shared outside our mentoring team without your consent, except where we're required to disclose it by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services (including community access) if you breach these Terms, misuse course materials, or behave in a way that's disruptive or abusive towards mentors or other members. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in clause 4.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
