We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

- Payment and billing information (processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card details ourselves)
- Business and financial details you share during mentoring sessions or on intake/booking forms
- Course progress, community activity, and session booking history within Kajabi
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information via cookies and analytics
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver mentoring sessions, courses, and community access you've purchased
- To process payments and manage bookings via our Kajabi checkout and calendar tools
- To send newsletter updates about upcoming Chanman events, webinars, and initiatives (only if you've opted in)
- To personalise mentoring advice based on the business or financial goals you've shared with us

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including UTM tracking on our landing pages) to understand how visitors use our pages, remember your preferences, and measure the performance of our marketing. If you sign up to the Chanman newsletter, we'll use your email to send updates about upcoming events outside Australia, community initiatives giving back to less fortunate countries, webinars, and other Chanman events. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
