For Accredited Brokers

MFAA Accredited Mentor

Already a Broker?
Let's Talk About What's Missing.

If you're accredited but stuck, unsupported, or genuinely lonely in your current setup, this isn't about starting over. It's about the mentorship and culture you should have had from day one.

  • ✓ Real mentorship, not just a BDM's number for emergencies
  • ✓ A structured community of brokers who actually share, not compete in silence
  • ✓ Keep your own client relationships and trail book, the right way
  • ✓ A brokerage culture built on standards, not just volume
Recognised Prior Learning

If you're transferring with relevant experience, your mentoring period may be able to be shortened, sometimes to as little as 12 months instead of 24. We'll work through your eligibility on the call.

Free to join. No obligation, no cost to get started.

Before you make the switch.

Will I keep my existing clients and trail book?

Yes, that's the point of doing this properly. We'll walk through exactly how your existing relationships and trail transfer across on your first call, so nothing is left ambiguous before you commit to anything.

What is RPL and how do I know if I qualify?

Recognised Prior Learning can shorten your mentoring period, sometimes to as little as 12 months instead of the standard 24, if you're transferring with relevant, verifiable experience. Eligibility is assessed individually on the call, it isn't automatic.

Why would I switch aggregators when I'm already accredited?

Being accredited and being genuinely supported aren't the same thing. If your current setup is just a compliance sign-off and a BDM's number for emergencies, this is about the mentorship, culture and community that should have come with it.

Do I need to be MFAA or FBAA accredited already?

Yes, this pathway assumes you're already an accredited broker. If you're not yet accredited at all, the Aspiring Broker pathway is the better starting point instead.

What happens to my current aggregator relationship?

This is worked through directly as part of your transition, including any exit requirements from your previous aggregator. Nothing happens automatically or without your sign-off.
